What are these wheels

I am trying to figure out what wheels these are? Manufacturer, size, tyre size.

I think it is one of the smarteset RS4's that I have seen.
I would love to find these wheels for my S4 Avant. I relasie that I can't go as deep with the dish.
How big can I go on standard suspension? I have heard 19"x 9 x 41.
I also want to get the ECS big brake kit. Has anyone fitted this kit? Good or Bad?
