Miltek configuration advice?

Evening Gents im after some advice

Normally I like to keep everything original and STD, but I do feel the exhaust on the B7 S4 is a tad bit quiet  which leads me to the following:
Im am thinking about getting a Miltek system fitted on my B7 S4 Avant but am unsure on a couple of things.

I don't want to run into any issues when it comes to an MOT what's the difference between cat back / non cat back resonated and non resonated ?
Other than the obvious audible notations...

What sort of figure (estimated) am i looking at for a Miltek System (dependant on configuration)

Also I don't want something that's going to cause issues when it comes to insurance either

Thanks Gareth

As the name suggest a cat back is installed behind the OEM catalytic converters so it will have zero impact on the MOT.
The diiference between res and non res is loudness. Non resonated is louder.
Costs? How long is a piece of string? Use the internet and/or pick up the phone. for costs.
Some insurers will bump up your premium. Some won't. You need to ask your insurer.

cheers buddy, its a fully decatted, non resonated setup, its fairly loud, but oooo, the sound still sets the hairs on my neck up under load! lol

it is a shame there isn't an RS version, looks like I have to keep saving for that supercharger...
