Air filter

Hi guys,

Just wondering what the best air filter would be for my B6 S4? My last 2 cars I've had, I have just stuck a Green Cotton panel filter in (mk4 golfs, 1.8T and V6 4motion), and they have been great.

But, with the V8, I'm wondering what is the best to go for? Do I just bang another panel filter in? Are there any half decent induction options available?

My eventual plan is to go down the sports cat / exhaust route (custom built), and remap, so looking for a more performance based product rather than just sound.

Just a decent panel filter, I use BMC. Any induction kit would just be a waste of money
