New member here !

Just about to pull the trigger on a 2005 b7 S4 avant trip

Car has less than 50k miles, FSH (last was non audi), a few stone chips, tiny scratch , slight kerbing to two alloys, needs 4 new tyres (has DVD sat nav, xenons, air, black leather, park assist)

To turn it into a showroom car it would need 4 new tyres, wheel refurb and proper detail so aprox £1k of prep – still have no warranty though.

Very hard to gauge the real value as advertised cars seems to hang around for ages (guess something to do with them having a 4.2 petrol engine)

Think I can buy the car for just less than £14k private – is this a good deal or just fair ???

as it was came back as being stolen recovered back in oct 2006 - never paid out as the car came back within weeks but still recorded as

Sounded like a deal too good to be true - before knowing it was stolen recovered

05 or 55 plate?

Do you have a link to the ad?

Sounded too cheap - i'm looking for something along those lines and saw something similar sell just before Xmas for £18k (or advertised at 18 anyway).
