Brake advise

Hi am after a bit of advice regarding rear brakes for the S4 B6,

am currently running a B5 S4 and am looking at upgrading the rear brakes to B6 spec, am finding conflicting info as to whether the facelift B5 alloy rear calipers are the same as B6, if so then what is the caliper bracket and pad numbers to allow me to upgrade, realise that i will need new hoses and may have to play around with the handbrake cable routing to get it all to fit. Any help before i start spending money would be appreciated.

caliper to slide bolt spacing on the B5 caliper is 90mm if that helps.

Pad 8E698451C
pad springs 3D0615231
