Performance I assume.
RS4 Rear anti-roll bar
Remap
Custom exhaust system with sports-cats.
Custom exhaust manifold
Lighter alloys
That’s about your lot really. The stock brakes are more than good enough for the job. The biggest benefit of changing them would be the reduction in unsprung weight.

i was up at APS once and at the time, some guy was getting his ARBs changed, not sure what to but might be the rs4 item as mentioned above to improve handling

Was it silver? If so then that was me! I remember you there with your TT.
I had the RS4 DRC rear ARB installed and it's definitely a worthwhile mod for any B6/7 S4, especially for the money. It tightens up the handling and reduces understeer considerably.

Do you mean one off custom made?
Is the Milltek full system include the manifold?

Nope, manifolds are separate. Milltek only do sports cats, down pipes and cat backs.
Depends on your budget regarding mods but the most common hev already been listed but could also include new brakes front and rear. S4 brakes are good, but if you go for full exhaust / manifolds and a remap believe me you'll need them upgraded. Cheapest is the B7 RS4 front brake upgrade through to most expensive which is the Movit system for front and rear. Marginal brake improvement would be to change your brake lines to braided hoses and DOT 5.1 fluid.
If money is not an option then a reliable supercharger kit is available for the S4 V8, you can also get a cold air intake for the engine and carbon fibre bonnet and front wings for the B6 S4 to reduce weight over the front end or use KW3 coilover suspension kit.

I will be performing a mini brake upgrade soon. In that I am fitting some braided hoses, grooved and slotted discs, DOT 5.1 and Mintex pads. All the aforementioned will improve the brake performance at a palatable price.
FYI I got the discs from ECS Tuning located across the pond.

Which ECS disks are they? Is it the ones in the stage 3 kit? I know one other person with a B6 S4 saloon who tried them as they are supposed to by up to 40% lighter than OEM disks but he had huge problems with them, 3 replacement sets from ECS after warping before binning the concept and going braided hoses and EBC pads.

Not the ones that scoTTy had fitted. These are zinc plated, slotted and drilled steel discs.

Not sure if they have changed the design of the 2-piece discs. But they also sell OEM discs and a line of slotted and slotted/drilled discs. The are slightly lighter than the OEMs but nothing significant like 2-piece jobbies.
