I don't know the car, but have seen it advertised, or one very similar recently. It was on Autotrader I think (or possibly Pistonheads), but now seems to have dissapeared.
I "think" it had a sale prices of nearer £18k then, but can't recall anything about the fact it was CAT d in the advert.
Personally I'd want to pay well below market value for a CAT D, regardless of condition.
I reckon that's worth about £12k tops. If it wasnt on the register, probably £18k, but it's also quite an unusual colour which will put more buyers off as well.
