At that price and with 12 months warranty I'd say it's a bargain even with the miles on it, providing it has FASH.

It does say full audi service history but the guy selling it has told me it's not audi warranty.
What kind of thing's should i be looking at on these cars?
Any problem area's?

Audi warranty is not a big issue. If the warranty he has is comprehensive then I would not be bothered. We have ours with Warranty Direct, platinum IIRC, and it covers virtually everything. Never had to use it though so can't say how easy it is to get work carreid out.

The only things to look for would be:
Strong smell of coolant, indicating faulty pressure cap or even corroded aux rads.
Prolonged whining on start up, indicating possible belt tensioner
Rattle on start up, belt tensioner again but once oil pressure is up, couple of secs, then it goes.
