I'm buying a 2004(04) S4 saloon. It has the symphony in dash 6 cd changer, but I'm thinking of getting a Phatbox.

Question is, will the S4 already have the cable for a changer going to the boot or glove box already?

Can anybody help?

Did you find out if it has the cable already installed ??

I have the same set up on the exact same car and have just bought a Phatbox . Do i need the extra cable ????

You need to buy an additional cable Try http://stores.ebay.co.uk/UNI-TRONIX. If you do use the same seller ask for a wiring diagram and wire colour indicator. Also request that they do not fit the blue plug as you will need to wire the cable into the existing connector block. 15 minute job tops.
