Biggest tyres on 18" OEM wheels

Hi guys,

Just wondered what experience you've had of putting wider tyres on your standard OEM 18" wheels.

I have the usual 235/40's on mine but am thinking about going a little wider next time I change, just to give the Mrs a little bit of a buffer with the kerbs...! :bigblink:

Any other issues??

B8 A4 Avant quattro
Honda CBR1100XX Super Blackbird
Suzuki GSXR1000 (Track bike)
B6 S4 (AMD Stage 3) - GONE
8N TT (APR/AMD/MTM) - GONE

Just to clarify, I'm talking about the B6/B7 18" stock wheels (although I have the B5 S4, they are 17" and I'm now running on the B6 wheels)
