There seems very little activity.

It's fairly quite ain't it.

I reckon I put up about 50% of the posts!

I'll try to post more then. By the way I 've got my camchains etc changed. The rattle on start up has gone. I've got a picture of the back of the engine when it was out, showing the chains etc. I would'nt want to do it myself.

I knew it was a big job but I didn't see it. I'd like to see the pics.

I also received the photos from John via e-mail - in case he is not "on line" in the immediate future, the reason he gave me was that the photos were taken by his Audi garage and there is a (potential) issue with copyright/ ownership/ blah blah. Presumably the garage who took & gave John the photos asked him not to post them web-wide, so IMO its probably appropriate to respect that.

On that basis I could also send you them by e-mail in case you're having trouble getting hold of him, with the same conditions attached of course !
