Hi all, was wondering if any of you learned types know of any suppliers in the UK or europe for replicas to fit my 2004 B6 S4 (4.2) as per the attachment??

Hartmann Wheels in the US is making a Forged Replica version.
Not sure when it will be available, but they have a few prototype versions they are looking at.
