Wheel sizes / offsets etc

Post by JampoTT » Wed Mar 02, 2005 4:38 pm

Thinking of some new wheels for my Big Blue Bus (MY04 S4 Avant)

I'm wondering what the offset and actual dimensions (obviously 18", but what width?) the supplied (and very naff looking) Avus wheels are... and wondering what other wheels would fit without fouling the brakes / bodywork.

I'll be looking to change when this first set of tyres dies. Not averse to 19" but 18" maybe better...

Yeps tyre size listed is correct :)

Anyone know if the 5 spoke 19" RS6 ones fit on the B6 S4? I'm also contemplating an upgrade :)

They've an S4 cab in Hitchin audi with a mix of Oettinger and Caractere bodykit pieces, shod with 19" RS6 lookalikes.

As ScoTTy well knows, the RS6 reps are the only wheels I'm NOT considering for mine. Why? I don't want my S4 to look like an S-Line!! :)

I'm thinking going the whole shooting match and getting some Sportec rims or maybe some thing a bit "fussier" than the Avus wheels...
