there comes a time in everyman's life when he has to bow to female pressure and part company with the thing that makes you most happy. In this case it is my 2003 s4 avant being traded in for the new 3.0 tdi (awaiting chip don't worry) the audi main dealer (portsmouth) will not offer anything for the exhaust and cats so they are being offered up to you my honest friends! only 6000 m from qst (i'm buying kim's rs3 and yes it does bloody shift) so the full exhaust and cats are being offered for£1000 cheap at half the price so i can buy enough new underpants for the rs3 (460bhp + lightweight car = sorry officer!!) also e39 hayward and scott back boxes if you know anyone (previous car£250 for both as new m5 coming in may)

Hi Simon.....

yup ......car needs that extra edge and engine now loosening up. Will probably add AMD chip and try and get upto near 400 mark. Probably keep the car for another 12 months then will look @ RS4 if available or new M5.

Hope the B5 is still going strong (not piling on too many miles!!!!)- no further upgrades for you yet??

Yes its still going strong. No problems yet, (should not say that). Not putting too many miles on it, only up to 53k at the moment.

New kithen and bathroom etc is preventing me from any more mods at the moment, you know how it goes, although looking for some RS4 rear barkes.

What sort of mods does it have on it? Did it start as an S3?

It has an RS4 engine
