Letter from Germany

I forgot to tell you all. Audi AG replied to my letter. They want my registration number...which was on the first letter!?
Maybe I won't get any help from that end? Or perhaps it's a stalling thing? Keep me occupied until the new RS4 comes out then present me with the first one?
