Expansion of the empire. Still don't think that I'll get my crap S4 replaced though.
Good company to work for, apparently.
Staff get wheely great freebies... not sure about customers though.
Will never forget the sight of the Cayenne Turbo - 996 Turbo - Cayenne Turbo convoy, all with huge HR Owen stickers that came barelling past me on the way to LM last year
