Been getting worse I thouhgt over the last few weeks but on a 200 mile motorway run today at 70-80mph I filled up 3 times, which is pretty catastrophic.

It doesnt *appear* to be pouring out anywhere i can see although havent taken the tray off and checked under, but assume I'd see somethign with that amount coming out. Also doesn't appear to be burning it aside from the occasional puff when starting.

Anyone any ideas?

im new too audi but learned my trad on jap performance cars usually mitsubishis and the rule was if the car burned more then 1ltr per 1000kms it was rebuild time. Thats with no obvious signs of leaks.....

I would imagine the rings or valves stem oil seals are possibly gone if you dont see any oil puddles under your car and only happens when driving but hard to say without seeing the car
