Clutch + Dual Mass Suggestions...

ok peeps, I think I am not far off needing a clutch/Dual Mass flywheel replacement...
The car (B6) has done 137K, runs sweet and silent on startup, but i've started to novice recently that the pedal doesn't always come back up after disengaging the clutch, the other day I had to go as far as putting my foot under the pedal and pulling it back up...
Any suggestions/experience on good aftermarket upgrades in contrast to a stock upgrade?
