It's in great condition and was a great price.

It has a "CD/TV" button instead of "Media" and I have read that this means it is MK1 rather than MK2...I didn't think about this when I bought it, I was just sold on the price and condition.

Is there much difference between the two? Will I be longing for the MK2 now I have MK1? It's tarnished my purchase a tad, tbh I am alwasy doing this sort of thing, rushing in on an impulse!

Here's a write-up I did, having owned both:

This has all been put in place now - looks amazing and works perfectly, have a 2013 maps cd and it's the same system I had in my B8 A4 tecknic, so happy about that, don't need a MKII given I was used to a MK1 before.

:)

Just need to install the MFSW now and then get bluetooth sorted out.
