Timing Chain noise again !!

Audi UK refuses to recognise the US TSB that's been posted on forums a few times (http://www.dejong947.com/audi/tsb/audi.tb.13-04-03.pdf) and claims there is no known problems with UK cars. That's the end of the issue as far as Audi is concerned.

That stance seems to contradict a lot of the posts I've seen where a) there's a number of people with the same issue and b) it's been fixed as a consequence. Audi has however said it will investigate further if I can supply details of where others have had the same issue fixed by a dealer -- can anyone who's got if fixed help me please with a dealer name, date and car reg such that we can try to finally get this identified as a known defect and save others a lot of hassle.
