Well I was driven in one today with a mate and was very impresses indeed. Essentially the stage 3 kit-Remap/Millteks/Racing cats-lifts the S4 into another league IMO.

It's everything the std car could, and should, be. Well worth a trip there to try one of the 2 demo cars, both Avant.

Then my question is... Since Audi install it in their "factory" car, does that mean that it won't void the warranty at all? Usually, when the ECU is altered or modified, you can say goodbye to the engine warranty...

Listers/AMD will honour the 3 year warranties on this conversion.

Also there's not much that would go wrong for a tuned NA engine that wouldn't have gone wrong anyway. It's the turbocharged engines that have a shorter average lifespan after tuning - that's the nature of the beast.

Not with the std 18's or Sportecs 18's IMO

Seen a RS4 with the 19'' Sportecs and for me they look too wide and a bit too "bo selecta"

Last time I spoke to Gareth he was still expecting to pick up the CSL on 1st Sept but then that was a couple of days ago and with Gareth a lot can change in that time frame

Got to keep looking ahead John...

Getting the M3CSL for the 1st September still as planned. However have 2 production slots for a S4 Avant to take after the CSL. Might be this year, might be next...who knows? Either way dealer is being very flexable as to which car I take, and when...

Will be speccing the S4 today as well..

The AMD modded S4 really won me over to be honest and it will be an ideal performance car to run over the winter/spring months...then I will probably keep it until the BMW E60 M5 comes along in '05
