Plugs and rubber

Post by Batfinnk » Thu Feb 28, 2013 10:05 pm

Was going to change my rocker covers gaskets next weekend. Do we think it is worth chucking in a new set of spark plugs while I'm at it? :audibash:

I did. They were put in before I bought the car and I had no idea when so I thought it was worth it as I'd be taking them out anyway.

Probably a good idea. Mine was on the longlife service plan before I bought it so god knows when they were last changed. I can get both rocker gaskets and a full set of bosch plugs on ecp for just over £70 including their 25% discount for online purchases. Not bad really.

Makes sure you get the full gasket kit, not just the gaskets.

I will phone ecp before I order them to make sure. The listing is pretty vague as to what's included.

May help, so you can see all the bits you need

I'd stick to TPS for all the bits
