Best Spark Plugs and Brake Fluid for S4 B6

Looking for help on this as will be replacing shortly. The car is used on motorway runs but not very often. I want good quality and long lasting.

OE or NGK plugs and any decent brand/spec brake fluid. Have a look on Opie Oils.
I'm doing my brake fluid soon and I'm just going to use the Fuchs standard stuff.

As above and make sure the fluid is DOT 5.
