Engine Warm up/Cool down Procedure

Post by Ridgeway » Fri May 01, 2009 9:44 pm

What is recommended for this ? I've read a few comments on here that lead me to believe that I should follow a more strict procedure than I would in my Discovery 3.....

Want to start as I mean to go on, and I know that the previous owner was pretty careful (perhaps fanatical even)

No need mate, other than as with any car you want to preserve the engine in, don't gun 'til oil's warm
