Buying advice required - headlight/bumper fit

Post by EPC » Thu Apr 24, 2008 9:52 pm

I'm looking at buying a B7 S4. I've seen a nice one but the front bumper/headlight fit isn't perfect. Could this be an indication of a bigger problem or should I not worry about it too much?

It "could" be a good indication. The auxiliary rads have been known to corrode and fail. This is mainly on the B6 S4 but there are cases of this happening on early B7's as well. To replace them the front bumper has to be removed. Getting the alignment right afterwards is never easy. So it "could" indicate replaced aux rads or a front ender
