S4 Without downpipe cats. problem with boost?

Hello, my s4 had a turbo failure. my engine out and changed turbos to k04, removed downpipes and took out the cats, and mounted rs4 injectors and upgraded fuel pump.

Then my tuner says that with no cats in downpipe i will have massive turbo lag with the k04's and it will be hard for him to tune my car?

And my question is does he know what he's doing, or just telling bed time stories?

Iv'e Heard many positive things about MRC, but the problem is that I'm in Norway. and is there other mrc cars with same setup as i have? and does someone know if there is possible to send my ECU to MRC to get Map'ed/programed to my specs without me taking my car to UK? =)

I dont see a problem with what you are proposing there with your set up and MRC would also be able to map your car if you sent your ECU to them
