Tyres V's Quattro

Guys as I am new to the Quattro system how important is it to have equal wear on the tyres and what if you hav'nt???

Its not very good for your diffs to have all the wheels turning at different speeds which is what would be happening if you have uneven wear on each wheel.
I believe it is essential to have the 2 fronts with the same wear as each other, and the 2 rears with the same wear as each other. However, I think you can have a couple of mm between the front pair and the rear pair if that makes sense.

Hi Robbie .. Welcome
Fletchie is spot on ... The Car "user" Manuals have guidance that tyres across axles should be pretty much same spec, wear, condition etc (so match fronts and match rears) . No "official" Guidance ever seems to be given for front to back differences

Cheers for the advice guys.
Its just that when driving I could feel a bit of drag from the rear after close inspection I realised 1 tyre was at 32psi and the other was at 15psi I topped up the lower and changed 1 tyre and now all seems well.
