Alternative to BBS CH to clear B7 brakes

Post by SunDiver » Sat May 15, 2010 7:22 pm

I've got B7 brakes (from MRC) on my K04 S4.
I wanted to get a new set of wheels but I can't obtain the BBS CHs I wanted - they're out of stock. Would Ebay CH replicas fit - has anyone actually tried this? What other options have I got, genuine or replica - price less important than I need them to clear the calipers obviously...? FWIW, I don't like the OZ offerings. Any other BBS options work?

FWIW, I completely failed to source any 18" BBS CH wheels. I specifically wanted 18s and discovered that MTM now offers a set of their wheels in 18 ET35 112 spec so I've gone for those and ordered some. I am assured they'll clear the B7 brake setup so fingers crossed.

potn?

Got the MTM 18". Just for info, they clear the B7 brakes easily with probably 7-8mm to the spokes and 4-5m to the inside edge of wheel.
