Need help!...Dose anyone know Auptic?

I'm a new folk on board but there's a big problem needing your help...I ordered front bumper and many accessoried from Auptic in Switzerland for about 4 months.They took my money but did not ship the order to me.Since I pay with wired transfer thus I have nothing to do except waiting and waiting...Dose anyone know Auptic or tell me how to do now?I just want the pieces or my money back!

Hi Chuang, are you the same ChuangS4 that posts on AW? Had a look at the Auptic web site. Apart from the the fact that it's in French [img]images/graemlins/033102ass_1_prv.gif[/img], I can't work out how you managed to order anything - difficult to work out what's going on. Have you tried calling them, do you have any quotation ref number, can you e-mail them in French ? (use this web site to translate into French).

Good luck - I think there's a lesson for us all there ....

If you email me the reference numbers I will call them for you. I lived in France for 4 years so no problem with the French language.
