Does anyone know if these will fit over 360mm disc with six pot calipers, am currently running RS4 replicas with 35mmet and 225/40/18 goodyear F1`s

These are a high offset ET44
So you will need to get the offset closer to ET32/35 to clear the calipers

Maybe ask the seller for some pictures of the wheels, rather than generic BBS images.
