just a quick one can a double din headunit be fitted to a 99 s4 dash preface lift style......?

I have looked into this a bit, it seems there are a few ways to do it, but the best way i could find (online haven't seen it in the flesh) was to obtain a double din centre console from one of the few cars that had them (apparently some did have a double din sat nav/headunit) i saw one up for sale not so long ago, forgotten where now.

Other options include custom builds, rns-e fitting, think you need to obtain a different climate control unit and a converter lead etc etc.

Sorry that i cant offer a more detailed answer, the info is out there it just takes a bit of searching!!

Yes it can be done with not alot of hastle.

U basicly need all the facelift bits which just bolt on and plug in!!
