Help with new style flat bottomed steering wheel into a B5

Post by stapo69 » Thu Jul 09, 2009 1:17 pm

Hi all, I have just picked up one of these new steering wheels, now I know it bolts straight into the B5, but wiring is another matter. Before I start messing about myself I thought I'd see if anyone else had installed this steering wheel in any B5 and could give me a few pointers along the way, namely colour coding for the airbag and horn wiring.

Thanks in advance.

I have installed it. I changed the old airbag connector to new one, and connected both airbags together. I don't remember how I connected the horn, but I'm sure that it's not difficult.
