"17965/P1557/005463 - Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation"

As mentioned here by MRC:
http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNp ... +deviation

Ive had to go back twice now due to issues with the remap which they (Upsolute) sorted, but this problem (which may not infact be a map problem) is refusing to die.

Usually a bad TBB or N75 I know, but Ive changed both (twice!) as well as have new 710Ns and various new bits of Vacuum tubing changed. Cant currently do a pressure test as my Air Compressor broke (while setting up the actual pressure test, grrr :x ), but I would like to get "my story straight" so I can approach the tuner (not MRC unfortunately) and get this finally fixed.

FYI, I think the boost is too high, in measuring block 115 the Specified is peaking at 2.4bar which the Actual can reach with a bit of lag. The car is a 2.7T with stock K03 turbos (just 10k miles on them) and RS6 Exhaust.

Specified includes 1 Bar of atmospheric pressure, so it will really be requesting 1.4 bar (20.13 psi). That's still ridiculous boost for K03's.

So whats a normal and aggressive boost level for K03s out of interest? In my old S4 I had my K04s upto 28psi (but I capped them at 26), whats a B5 RS4 run at psi wise?
