Does anyone know if you can remove the headlining from a B5 S4 without damaging it and without removing the front or rear windscreen?

yes - you can - you need to remove the a and b panels and rear panels - then all the hand rails and sunvisors - it comes out undamaged.

After this is done where will it come out of on a saloon

i've not had front seats in the car when i have taken it out of the front door.

Can you get alcantara ones?
