Heated Seat Repair

Post by Mac_Xpert » Mon Jan 26, 2009 11:26 pm

Hi

Anyone been brave enough to have their Front seats apart to repair the heated seat pads? Can you buy the pads from the dealers?

I can imagine so. Alternatively, you can find aftermarket heating pads easily.

Did mine on my old car a few years back.

Not that bad, the heating element is available iro £60.
The leather cover/trim is held on by C clips, worth changing the seat foam while you are in there.
