Suspension Bushes

Post by VenomAuzS4 » Wed Oct 15, 2008 11:05 am

Ok so after being naughty and turning the stereo up to hide the knocks n squeaks coming from the front suspension and due to my H&R coilovers needing some replacement parts (finally getting sorted, thanx to Virdee), I think its time I sorted all the problems out at once.
I'm thinkin that replacing all the front bushes has to be a positive step forward for both handling and noise control.
I've had a quick look and found that Powerflex do a front kit for the B5 S4 for £151.50 retail.

Does anyone have any comments on these or other suggestions??

I actually didn't consider that option!! HAHA
looked on VAGparts n can get a front set for £111 which is slightly cheaper than the powerflex.
How many bushes are there exactly on the front suspension? I have recently replaced the N/S drop link

I have Powerflex all round on the RS4. The used to squeek, but a bit of silicone based "interior shine" fixed that. If you're going to track the car I would recommend Powerflex (And the fat H&R ARBs), otherwise stay with stock.
