No indicators, aircon fan or washer control working

Really bizarre one this, was all working last night without bother but this morning my indicators worked for about 5 minutes then just stopped. Then I noticed that the washers, windscreen wipers (front and rear) and the fan has stopped going on the aircon system.
Its odd because the flashers still work via the alarm arming and the hazards. Normal lights work fine. DIS selection works fine too. Aircon system is still working insofar as you can select temp or fan speed, but the fan speed indicator just goes up and down when its on auto but there is no air coming out at all.
Checked all the relevant fuses that I can think of and they all seem intact.
Could do with some help if possible as we are kinda stuck at the moment. First bet would be to have run a vag com scan...if only my cousin who lent it had sent it back on Tuesday like I asked (you know who you are LOL

)

Just to add, I first thought it was the stalks themselves had gone by by. But the parking lights still come on left or right when you move the indicator stalk and the high beam switch still works on that side too.
Just taken the dash apart, checked all relays behind there are sound and secure. Connections down behind the kick panel on drivers right foot are all sound too.
Tried a "reboot" by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes too but nothing.
I am lost completely. I cannot for the life of me figure out how the indicators, wipers and aircon fan problems are linked.

You've done a relay like I did.

Right, drop the lower dash under the sterring wheel and you'll be greated with this
Turn the ignition from position 1 to 2 and the fuse marked 370 (part no 8D0 951 263) should click. You can always take the cover off of it and bridge it by pushing it down but I'd put money on it being that.

Thanks Russ, but no joy I am afraid, though that one does appear to be dead as it's not moving or doing anything when I push it closed manually with the cover off.
This is one labelled "Load Reduction Relay" from what I can see from the diagrams I got yesterday from another member, but I am not sure what that means.
Also I found that the whole relays and fuses where soaked due to the incompetent twats who replaced my bonnet release cable. They had left the grommet off that stops the water going into the electrical system which was bloody handy of them. So we have found the route cause, just no idea how extensive the damage is now.

Cheers again Russ (damn this stupid editing time on posts!). It really does look like its this unit that is broken at the minute. After doing a bit of Googling about, it controls everything that is not working, just found the fog lights too which completes the whole picture.
It essentially turns the current draw off when you crank the engine to these items in order to provide plenty of juice to the starter system.
I can only take it that it got damaged by the water ingress, so even though I have dried it all up now and sealed the hole (temporarily) the solenoid/relay is still broken.

Lets hope thats the end of it, water is such a pain in the butt as it can take ages for the effects to take place, best bet is to get it as dry as poss as quick as poss.
I worked out this was th eprob on mine by checking the feed from key poistion 2 on the ignition to the fuse board, tokk a bit of time but worth it as I have a slight better understanding of the electrics now which is good.
