"RS4" B5 Rear Brake Upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade the rear brakes on a facelift S4 by relocating the stock S4 callipers (have seen it said that they are the same as RS4 B5) using the RS4 B5 mounting brackets, and adding RS4 B5 disks?
