The RHD engine harness is longer because it goes from left to the right and in LHD the ecu is on the left side. Longer harness could be even better by routing it away from heat but its the ecu connectors that might give some trouble?

Think the connectors are the same.
I expect you are referring to the plugs that plug into the back of the ecu, if so yes the same. basically same ecu for lhd or rhd.

They are the same for Euro cars, but different on the USA cars.

Yep. RAM said he had to cut some notch out of the ecu to fit a US harness

Are the 2 extra rear O2 connectors with prefacelift ecu just dead or do I have to do somethinkg to the ecu if I use facelift loom?
