Fault codes help please. Anyone?

Ran vagcom on the father-in-laws 2.8 V6 B5 today not an S I know but wondered fi anyone had come across these before:

2 Faults Found:
00561 - Mixture Adaptation
13-10 - Adaptation Limit (Mul) Not Reached - Intermittent
01088 - Mixture Control Adaptation 2
13-10 - Adaptation Limit (Mul) Not Reached - Intermittent
Readiness: N/A

Any ideas anyone? What this could be and what could be done?

Any help/pointers muchly appreciated. Thanks in advance one and all.

Cheers Doug, we'll get the covers off and see what we can find. Hopefully a cheap fix, for once.......
