Whining noise at 65mph

Anyone suffered\suffering from a whining sound (from I presume the running gear) at more or less 65 mph?

Audible when
1) Speed is around the range ~64 <-> ~68mph .
2) When the car is accelerating or mainting its speed within this range.

Not audible when coasting with clutch in, or decelerating through this speed range. It also makes this sound whichever gear I'm in 4th,5th or 6th

Its not got any worse in the ~2years I've had it, but wondered if its a bush or something similar like that in the prop-shaft?

Anyone else experienced this ?

Cheers

Have you checked the passenger seat to see if it's your wife making the noise? ;)

Got the same thing on my car mate but mine starts from 40mph. Same circumstances, only when in acceleration, not when coasting. PM Quattronutter as he told me what the problem was specifically but its passes me at the moment. I remember he mentioned it was something to do with the gearbox, not a major problem, one that is easily fixed. Its an issue you can either deal with or just leave it, its not a major issue, you can deal with it when you want.
