Bailey DV vs 710N

Interesting weekend.
My S4 previously came fitted with Bailey DumpValves and MRC changed them to 710N's.
Now usually I'm a fan of OEM and the 710N, all my motors have had them and I swear by them.
But on this occasion, going from Bailey to 710N, I noticed a significant delay before the boost came in - increased lag before the power was on tap.
Just to make sure it wasnt just me, I removed the Bosch units (checked them - all was ok) and I swapped them back for the Baileys, and low and behold, boost snapped in quicker !
Quite surprising results as I always used to think all these aftermarket DV's were just fads. But not so it seems.
Also found some interesting tests here, confirming that the Bailey snaps in quicker than the 710N: http://dv.mistertam.com/7.htm
