What's it worth?!

I'm just about to put mine up for sale. It's a silver facelift avant with black leather recaros. She's got 67k on and I've done pretty much everything that needs doing, only had her 6months but I didn't anticipate getting a company car so she has to go.
Quick list of what I've done since I got her:
Front sus arms
track rod ends
trans stabilisor bar
apr snub mount
Revo
Forge DVs
apr Cat back
coolant temp sensor
MAF - this week

waterpump - this week

I was thinking of putting her up around £9500, look about right!?!
