I am soon going to fit some 2,8 heads... Should I go for the OEM headgasket, or should I go for some headgasket that drops the compression from 9,3 to 8,6?

lower the CR.

are the 2.4 heads... and the latest manifold not the way to go?

@Darren: since when does the latest manifold bolt up to the 2.4 heads? Really curious to find out...

The 2,8 heads have bigger ports than the S4, so that is the way I want to go..

@S4.. Is the gasket for a S4 head?

I will fit my S4 cams AND the exhaust valve to the 2,8 heads.. But thanks for the link, yes it is really good read
