I have just managed to get my hands on an RS4 Front bumper. What is required to get it to fit my S4? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

The sides are too wide, you have tho "shrink" those somehow.
Also the bumper supports have to be little longer.
Here is my version of it

Nice job okkim .....is that a metal support fabricated to replace that nasty formed plastic support...... or is it decieving and that is the plastic piece re-formed ....
on moulding it - I started to do mine in a very similiar way, about 2yrs ago ..... rain come - sat in the shed since ..... one day it will get fitted ..

That metal support is there for supporting the bumper to be in right formation. The plastic was also heated and molded. Then the metal support was glued to the bumper.
I just wanted to be sure that it won't change it's shape in the sun or cold. And it didn't even when I cracked the whole bumper in the
accident!

Those were the only survived parts

I've got a feeling Clive's was fitted without having to be reshaped as such, think the brackets held his in flush with the arches.

Yes you can swap to the RS4 supports, no problem.

Yes I didn't got a single scratch, but almost drowned...! Those are safe cars... My
widebody project started there.

when we did Clives we used the RS4 mounts and packed them slightly at the top to angle them a bit to allow the sides of the bumper to line up parrallel to the line of the wing. it seems the modding is to prevent the underside of the bumper appearing warped, unless you're very pedantic it's hardly noticable and probably not worth the effort
