Righty.. I've been quiet on here for a while due to an ongoing argument with Audi over a snapped cambelt (courtesy of an extra bolt in the timing covers).

I have the opportunity to buy back the salvage.. but at a cost.. Anyone want a 1998 S4 Avant, complete, as is, snapped timing belt, front all stripped but heads still on? Car was lovely before it all happened, but I need to move quickly as I'd like the deal all wrapped up next week with the insurers.

Oh, the car, had 92/98k (I can't remember) miles on the clock, Full Audi service history lol, non modified, Black leather, carbon trim, no Sat nav, dog guard & liner & nokia Bluetooth kit.

et all - looking for 2.5k for it all, as it is, complete. It's way too cold & time consuming to be breaking it.

is this car still available ?

If someone does break it id be interested in the carbon trim (need round the gearknob etc)

Also the window seal round the drivers window as mines partially bent due to an attempt to break in under previous ownership.

car's still around at the moment with a few interested parties from here, PM to discuss. I need to make the decision in the next few days.
