RS4 Rear Bumper Conversion

I am new to the board and also to Audi, Has anyone tried a rear bumper RS4 conversion on an S4, my Imola Yellow S4 Avant, which my wife used last weekend got knocked in the local supermarket carpark and has now grown a rather nasty crack across the rear bumper and instead of replacing with the S4 version I was thinking about the RS4 front and rear conversion.

Welcome mate
From my understanding the flared arches mean it doesnt line up correctly on the front and rear side panels
However I read somewhere that a guy in the US, cut a section form the middle of the bumper to make it fit, plastic welded it back together and then painted it with great success

Haven't you got a rear bumper for sale Bushy? I know it's had a bit of a knock, but may be worth considering....

I may just throw it away
But by all means you can have it for a small fee to try and get it to fit
I had a small know in mine but a guy i know at the body shop sad he could eweld it and spray it
He suggested i keep it as a spare but i cant be arsed
Willing to get it welded and delivered to you if your interested

That would be fantastic and at least it would prove whether it would work or not, how much do you want for it and what state is it in now?
