B5 S4: Modifications

This thread is an index to other threads about modifying the S4.
Adding posts to this thread
Members are welcome to add to this thread as long as the following rules are met:
1) This thread is not for discussion - if you want to ask about it please start a new post.
2) New issues should follow the same format - a clear title followed by a short concise summary, then links to the threads that provide the detail.
3) Existing issues can be edited, primarily to add more links. If you can't edit the thread, either add a post with the changes, and a moderator will tidy the thread later, or else start a new thread requesting the changes.
