B5 S4: Modifications

AFTERRUN PUMP
The S4 has a secondary waterpump which can be turned on by the ECU when the water temperature is very high. The pump operates in 'reverse direction' to the normal water flow so that air bubbles which form in the turbo water jackets are dissipated in the block. The following threads detail methods of modfying this so that the pump can provide turbo cooling after journeys:

APR BIPIPE

As the flexible throttle body boot (TBB) can split, causing an air-leak, one solution is the APR bipipe. This thread covers members' experiences of fitting it (APR's instructions are good and a link is included).
