Good to hear from someone that has actually tried both. Was there a big difference and in what way?

Anyone had there s4 coverted to run on revo software ..come on guys give the guy a chance and answer his question..
i myself dnt think there are many if any S4 owners on here that run revo..i use ABT sportsline software installed by DNA tuning and as you can see by the above posts MRC are the more popular..but dnt let that stop you trying it out..it mite not be anygood or it mite suit you car/driving style but whatever you choose i hope you enjoy..

I know of 2 people that have Revo done to their cars ( 20vT's not S4's) at different outlets. 1 had the turbos go popafter 6 months due to excessive boost because of the remap. The other had poorly applied map causing flat spots after 4k rpm in both instances Revo dealers blamed the car itself they have since had it sorted at Jabbasport.
I know this doesn't help for the dealer you want to use but just be aware of some of the downfalls with Revo if applied well then fair play and you shouldn't have any worries but there are cowboys out there that are just intersted in turning the boost up making it go fast........ but not for very long.
What sort of price is the Revo dealer charging? I have looked at many options but MRC still keeps coming back the cheapest even including the fuel for my round trip from Cornwall.

REVO stage 1 for the S4tt is £599+VAT, which I assume is the spec you guys are talking about?

i was quite happy with the performance of the revo, but when mrc lifted the heads i had a cracked valve which they reckon was from excessive boost of the revo. i could not give you a like for like comparison because i had lots of other work done at the same time as the mrc map

Unfortunetly there have been some unscruperlous REVO dealer's which have taken a quick buck and just put the software on and have not performed the necessary datalogs and checked that the car is performing perfectly prior to putting the software on, of course the customer drives away blissfully unaware that their car is a ticking time bomb and accelerates the problem becuse they think the car is performing better with the new software and drives it harder.
This forum knows more than any other that if there are air leaks the car isn't going to perform as it should, not all REVO dealer's know Audi's.
The software is only as good as the person putting it on.

Good response Corey...
DavidT - you are very cautious wiht what you say where... I think it would be good for everyone on the forum both present and future users to hear about your experience...

I'm curious now, what happened to DavidT? Can I be blamed? (usually am) lol
I am assuming DavidT had a really bad experience with a REVO dealer?
