Allow 10 to 12 hours 1st time round you also really need a proper car ramp. I could prob do them in 6 hours now but I never intend to do it again it is a right pain in the RS to do
The car will pass an MOT with the pre-cats gone you only need the main cats for the test. I have a full de-cat so will need to put on the main cats for the test every year.

what about if you have an accident with main cats missing ?
is your insurance valid if they find out ?
